May 2021: Creating and Visualizing Lighting in Architectural Design
Join us for our next presentation with architects Angela Palmer and Bryan Brady as they walk us through utilizing technology to aid in the lighting design process. They will showcase Revit models of lighting fixtures, and dive into how they create them and include various data in order to help their usefulness in 3D design. After that the presentation will move to Enscape to show a live demo of how the lighting fixtures can fit into the 3D renderings and virtual reality productions and how that can more easily convey the look and impact of the lighting within the space. The talk will end with a discussion on how architects, lighting designers, and the rest of the design team can work together on facilitating a robust design solution that creates better designs and visualizations of lighting.
